The World Thru My Eyes - I speak my mind and man does it like to talk.

So I bought myself an iPod Touch 16GB 2nd generation a few weeks ago. I thought it was the coolest gadget I have ever owned. The software on it from the app store are pretty neat while some seem somewhat pointless, still it's a great device. Having all my fav music in the palm of my hand every where I go is great.

But I have yet to find that 20 hour battery I read about online. I can barely have my iPod on for a few hours before I get the "20% battery remaining" warning. I found out some of the features (such as wifi and keeping the display on) drain the iPod pretty fast. Uh, isn't the whole point of an iPod "Touch" to touch the screen while it's on? So why is it the battery doesn't barely go beyond 3 hours while on? How do you go from 20 to 3 just because of the display (and the wifi of course)?

Am I missing something here? Is there something running on this iPod that is draining the power that I should be aware of but is not so obvious? Any ideas would be appreciated.
