The World Thru My Eyes - I speak my mind and man does it like to talk.

OK, I have Fences Pro and the concept of the program is awesome. However, I have a small problem that I have not been able to solve and it drives me nuts. Oddly enough I never got around to posting about it till today, I would forget about it since I don't use the desktop icons often.

Basically, everytime I play a game, say Call of Duty, the desktop screen resolution changes and when this happens the icones on my desktop go all over the place even with Fences. By the time the game shuts down and my desktop shows up, when I check the icons some are either on the desktop directly or on a different Fence than the one they were on.

This also happens when I run a program from the icon in Fences. The icon usually ends up on the desktop outside the Fences. Before I know it I have folders in the Programs Fence, Programs in the quick launch Fence and the recycling bin in the Folders fence. The constantly change like a game of memory, always having to look for the icon as oppose to knowing where it is all the time. Thank God (and Stardock) for my ObjectDock but when I play games I shut down many programs, including OD, to open up memory space so at this point I depend on the desktop icons to run certain things I may need during this time.

Please help. Thanks.

Anyone?

Have you tried running the game in the same resolution as Windows? I have Fences Pro as well (on Win7 64bit) but no such problems occur. Except rarely and randomly a game icon jumps out of it's fence upon use.

Do you have the lates drivers for your grahics card?
