The World Thru My Eyes - I speak my mind and man does it like to talk.
Well, the day finally came. We are now in our new apartment. After finding myself in a pickle when the landlord was being foreclosed on,I was desperate trying to figure out what to do before we were eventually evicted.

Thanks to my boss, and his wife who works for real estate, they were to help us find an apartment (though a bit more that I was paying) that gave us first months rent free and a small deposit. But it got better, although I had to wait a little over a week to get the place due to the basic repairs they do after someone moves out, apparently the maid, who was suppose to clean the place before we moved in, had and emergency so she was unable to finish cleaning the place. The mess was minor, nothing we could not handle, especially considering we were gonna pay for a week and a half of this month to get August free, the office did not charge use the $400 for the remainder of the month. Pretty sweet. So I pay no money till Sept 1st. I owe my boss a beer and some flowers for his wife.

The apartment is great, much much higher class that the other apartment. Pool, tennis courts, gym room, and even a small playground. But best of all I s supermarket, a and, a great, a chinese restaurant, a gas station and so much more, all within a 2 minute walking distance. I love this place, and afterthisnightmare of a moving, I planto stay for a long while. May God bless our new home and may all things go better from here on.

The last apartment I moved out of, I was living with a lady who was a fanatic about cleaning! Needless to say, there was very little work for the "maid" to do.

Congrats on your new abode!
