The World Thru My Eyes - I speak my mind and man does it like to talk.
Yes folks, it seems that being President of the US is not enough for a man named Barack Obama. The world may also be able to enjoy the leadership of a Mayor Barak Obama from the city of Belford Roxo, Brazil.

According to guardian.co.uk (I also saw this on tv, possibly Foxnews), Brazil has this "quirk" in their laws where "candidates are allowed to run under the name of their choice". Can you imagine a law like that here? Because Brazil has "one of the largest Afro-descendant populations on Earth", Obama is a vary famous face over there. Claudio Henrique dos Anjos, an IT consultant in Brazil and who is running for the position of Mayor of Balford Roxo, has decided to take advantage of this 'quirk" in the law and changed his name to Barack Obama in the hopes that he could ride the Obamania Train to victory in his town. Claudio had been on TV before wearing a suit and claims some people thought he looked like Obama so he figured, why not? Kinda interesting, don't you think. The guy even said if he won the elctions he would gladly extend an invitation to his American Counterpart. At least Obama still has somewhere where he can still reign supreme.

Well there you have it folks. Whether we chose to or not, Obama may still be a leader somewhere on this planet. To be honest, being Mayor of a town in Brazil does not sound like such a bad thing when considering all the beautiful women in Brazil. I wonder if the guy would appoint someone named Biden as part of his staff? LOL.

Did you know in Brazil it's polite to eat everything with utensils?  Even pizza and hamburgers and stuff.  Touching foods with your hands is consudered ill-mannered and unhygenic.

One interesting thing I have been told by more than one person about Brazil is that sex is such a common thing other there that the difference between going to the mall to pick up girls here in the US and in Brazil is in the US you sit, watch girls pass by and try to get the interest of them till one of them finally shows interest while in Brazil it's a matter of picking one of the many walking by cause chances are any of them will be interested. I can't say for sure this is true, but while working for a Brazilian company years ago, I heard this concept many times before so...

Why should Brazil have to settle for an imitation "Obama", they can have the real deal.
