The World Thru My Eyes - I speak my mind and man does it like to talk.

These are the words of a man supposedly from "The Black Panthers" who was standing at the entrance of a polling station in Philadelphia next to another "Black Panther" who was holding a nightstick. This is what an Obama Administration will bring to this country, and some claim we are ready for a Black President. Racism at it's best coming from the side who claims Republicans are racist.

The BS in this country is mind-boggling and I hope Obama wins, the people of this nation deserve nothing less. Hell is starting to sound pretty go already.

Many will be surprised.  NOt me.  I just hope we can survive it.  But the republicans betrayed their calling, and the americans are too soft as it is.  If this does not wake them up (ala Jimmy Carter's debacle) then they deserve their gulag.

To be honest I am quite frustrated with the ignorance in most people. And I don't mean most here on JU. One thing I like about this place is while I may not always see eye to eye with people like SanCho, Sodaiho or Cikomyr, I can usually count on them having well educated opinions as oppose to simple "American Idol" mentalities and opinions. But the people I meet on a daily basis? It's hard to get them to understand one's idea about why we think Obama's idea of a tax cut may not be what they think, I would probably have better luck convincing them McDonalds coffee and Starbucks Coffee are the same brand.

From my point of view, Obama is not the man we need to lead this nation and it is disturbing to me that people have chosen to either ignore all the information giving about this man, all of his past associations and all of his real sentiments about how this country really should be as opposed all because "they don't like Bush". This is like moving in with a stranger over an abusive husband.

Charles, those two people do not speak for all.  Just because two people like that react in such a deratory manner, they dont' speak for Mr. Obama, nor I'm sure do they speak for Mr. McCain.  Don't forget that the shoe is also on the other foot with the extreme things that people have been saying about Obama and what he represents. I'm sure you can read it all over to see what I'm trying to say.  It cuts both ways, and bullshit is going to come from all sides. The thing is what you as an educated person take at face value and not to think doom and gloom, just because.  It is a terrible thing to read what you write at the end of your article.

Tell that to Joe the Plumber who had his life nearly ripped to shreds simply because he asked Obama a legitimate question and Obama blured out his true feeling. It's always interesting to see people say "1 person doesn't speak for everyone", yet here we are voting for 1 man to be the voice of an entire nation.

Yea, and I am sure there are some kind or Republican version of the Black Panthers at other voting stations scaring people away. The sword may cut from both sides, but we all know one side always gets used more than the other.

It is a terrible thing to read what you write at the end of your article.

It's called freedom of speach. I never said my opinions would be liked by everyone. We all have our own ways to see the future of this nation based on he who will win. This is my sentiments, you people choose to ignore Obama's past relationships, comments and voting history yet are concerned with the opinions of this lonely JUser. I may take that as a compliment.

Actually no, they were trying to get matters into their own hands by killing/beheading peoples, and got arrested. Remember?

Just because there are nuts that always want to see a racial argument in everything politic. The White Supremacists and the Black Panthers are just the most violent incarnation of it. They are both sides of the same horrible coin. They are the mirror to each other, and it just happens that today, there is a serious black candidate, so both of them, in their wreaked mentality, see it as their "duty" to act.

But white supremacist actions will never be acknowledged by the Republicans, and the Black Panthers will never by the democracts. These 2 men up-there don't seem to have done any violent act, and sadly we can't do anything about them until they actually break the law. But they don't represent Obama, nor what he stands for.

Remember, when we let those 2 sides of the coins polarise us, it's them who wins.

Joe the Plumber who had his life nearly ripped to shreds

you mean joe the plumber whose name ain't joe and who isn't really a plumber who already ain't paying taxes?  wasn't it john mccain who dragged his sorry ass into the spotlight?

wasn't it john mccain who dragged his sorry ass into the spotlight?

And isn't he the one who persisted in going on talk show after talk show?  If he wanted his privacy, all it would have taken was saying 'No thanks' when crazy Huckabee called for an interview.

dragged his sorry ass into the spotlight?

Does it matter who he is? The man asked a question in front of his own home. Hopefully there are't too many wiith your attitude about people. Wanna see sorry, take a good look in the mirror.

Still ignorant I see.  You must work hard at it.

Fact: His name is Samuel Joseph (many go by their middle name - until Obama makes it illegal).

Fact: He is indeed a plumber.  He does not need a license as long as he works for one that has one.

Fact: He did indeed pay taxes as we found out from the scavengers in the media.

You had 3 errors in less than 20 words!  A new record for even the king of clods!

wasn't it john mccain who dragged his sorry ass into the spotlight?

But then you add more:

Fact: Obama sought him out and engaged him - in front of cameras!

My you do take pride in your errors dont you.
