The World Thru My Eyes - I speak my mind and man does it like to talk.

So I wrote an article a few weeks ago titled Looking for a new mouse for gaming, any suggestions? where I explained the current mouse I was using on my laptop for gaming and was looking for something new. Several JU/WC bloggers game some very interesting suggestions and when I went to the store to check some of these out, I realized I was in for some major money dropping since in order to get a good mouse for gaming, it was gonna cost me a whole lot more than a regular $10 mouse.

I saw the Logitech G9 some had mentioned and while it looked really nice and probably worked miracles (I'm a Logitech fan, what can I say) it didn't work any miracles to my wallet as the wopping $99 price tag made me turn my head faster than a woman in a short skirt walking over an air vent. I also saw the Saitek Cybrog mouse I mentioned and even though it looked really cool and had some great features, I just couldn't get over that little flap that's over the thumb, wondering if it would bug me or end up flipping the ouse every time I moved my hand away from the mouse.

I then saw 2 Razor mouses. One was very nice but too expensive and not what I was looking for. The other, the Razor DeathAdder, recommended by The SpyDyr on my article, caught my attention really fast. I looked very nice, really comfortable and I loved the blue lights it had. I was a bit iffy about getting a wired mouse since I had gone wireless for a few years now but considering that my skills on the Call of Duty series was good with a wireless mouse, I figured a wired mouse would make me even more deadlier and would probably explain why sometimes I sucked really bad when I can be really good most of the time. In the end, the real test was hands on at home.

Right off the bat I loved that the USB connection was gold plated. Makes for a great connection. Unlike my wireless mouse for my laptop (as you can see on my original article), this mouse is a lot bigger and it took a little while to get use to in my hands, but it felt great. It has this velvet-like non-slip rubber buttons that work great with the games and 2 side buttons that, considering I've been using the Logitech mouse for such a long time the with2 extra buttons on the top (see image on original article), it has I have to get use to but work great. The mouse feel very comfortable and glides very smoothly, too smoothly actually, I was forced to change the sensitivity settings on all my Call fo Duty games to less sensitive cause I was aiming my gun too fast and could not control it.

I have been playing with this mouse for several days now, I've been playing Call of Duty World at War, zoombie co-op with some friends and I have to say, my aim has definitely improved and so has my reaction time. I have been having so much fun with the zombie mode I have yet to test the mouse during a regular online battle to see just how much my aim has improved against actually people as oppose to rushing zombies and slow walking zombies.

At $70, this mouse has been a great purchase and I believe, will definitely allow me to give other players a hard time. I look forward to testing it out on some of my fav servers against people who I usually have a hard time killing (LOL). Thanks for all the suggestions on the other article. I'm glad I asked, otherwise I would probably been stuck with some mouse not specially made for gaming that would probably gotten worn out just like my wireless Logitech Nano did. I still use it for normal use though.

Thanks again TheSpyDyr. For all the features on this mouse, please check out the link 4 paragraphs above. The symbol on the mouse actually lights up in blue and dims on and off, a really cool effect. Oh, and the scoll wheel also lights up in blue. Check it out.
