Ever watched the TV show The Honeymooners? I was a big fan of the show when I was little, actually like watching from time to time these days. It’s kinda relaxing. Jackie Gleason was a great comedian who also made some great movies afterwards such as the Smokey and the Bandit trilogy.
Well, today I was listening to an episode from Windows Weekly from www.twit.com where the hosts of the show, Leo and Paul, were talking about the Zune HD, Office Live and other Windows topics and thru the conversation Paul confused some words where Leo said it was all the same and mentioned Bing and the Zune HD which made me think about The Honeymooners. How you may ask? Simple.
“One of these days Alice, one of these days! Pow, zoom!”
The above was one of Ralph’s infamous phrases when even his wife, Alice, got him mad. I started thinking if Ralph Kramden lived in 2009 and owned things such as a PC with Windows, a Zune HD, loved using the Internet and his fav search engine was Bing. How would he express his anger to his wife in 2009?
“Any minute now Alice, any minute now! Bing, Zune!”
Thought it was a bit funny. Wanted to know, what do you think Ralph would say these days?
