I'll admit I don't do my best when it comes to being clean and saving my planet. But compared to the average person I actually go out of my way to do some of the little things such as put garbage in a garbage can, drive a smaller more gas efficient vehicle, keep tires inflated and make proper car maintenance, turn off lights and fans in empty rooms and even recycle cans when ever I remember. Of course there are many things I could do better but It's just the way things are for now.
But after watching recent events revolving around the whole Climate Change issue I find myself wondering why I try to do the right thing because I thinks it's the right thing to do while others do it because they can benefit from it?
Well, now that this hacker has exposed what seems to be a Global Conspiracy (something many think is impossible) about Global Warming or Climate Change (call it what you want) it would seem the back lash is starting to hit multiple targets really hard.

But what truly amazes me is that rather than this becoming a "how could this be?" or "how could they do this to us?" issue, considering if any of this is true we were all basically lied to by those we put our trust in, it's becoming a "we need to find out who's the person who leaked the info" issue here in Congress.

Yes because a hacker stealing emails is such a terrible thing, possibly a National (maybe Global) security risk. Never mind the fact that the emails themselves are possible proof of a truly Global security risk, possibly even criminal.
Here's how I see it. If all this turns out to be true and it actually turns out to be bigger (possibly a Global Conspiracy?) what do you think should happen? I say first things first. Not only should Al Gore return his Oscar, but he should also give up his Nobel Peace Prize because neither was earned on legit work and information. His intentions may have been "noble" (may have) but you don't lie, provide fake information and on top of that be a total hypocrite yourself and win a prize for that.
Next would be for Obama to come out and show at least a little bit of skepticism on the data we have just to show that he cares enough to want to be sure he is not basing his opinions on lies and deceit. That he truly cares about what happens to the US and he will make his own investigation on this possible fudging of Climate Change information. Anything less than that would indicate he is also part of this "conspiracy" and a liar as well.
Icing on the cake? Obama should return his Nobel Peace Prize too if he's a liar (which most of us already believe he is) and part of this "conspiracy".
About other countries? I don't really care what they say or do short of apologizing to the US for blaming us for being responsible for Global Warming or Climate Change based on faulty, manipulated, BS information.
I always believed Obama was a screw up, Hillary would have been a better pick in my opinion. I never thought it would become this obvious in such a short amount of time. You get what you paid for does not quite fit this since most of those who voted for him don't pay crap anyways and want everything for free. Obama's 15 minutes of fame are turning into 4 years of hell at his own hands. And we don't even have to lie, make up stories, take out of context or even assume anything; this Administration a fine job hanging itself.
