Temporal Distortions affecting Joeuser.com

I was trying to post an article earlier and the program I use first failed to upload but after a second attempt it went thru. When I went to check the site it was showing the "code pigeons" error page. I just went back and it was up but not as it was before. It seems that any replies done today are currently not showing on the site. Joeuser.com has gone back in time to yesterday. Ironic since I just happen to be listening to a Star Trek Voyager episode dealing in temporal distortions, time changes.

Hopefully all my fabulous comments from today were not lost.

I guess I am shit out of luck. All my great comments lost, in the Twilight Zone.

Will JU admins at least point out what happened? That would be nice.

After some unpleasantness with a database array on Monday, March 8th, we’ve had to restore the forum posts to a backup made at 8am EST that morning. There was some corruption of data early that afternoon and it was safest to go back to a known good point.

Unfortunately, this means any posts and replies from 8am Monday to a bit before 4pm Tuesday have been lost.
