The World Thru My Eyes - I speak my mind and man does it like to talk.

I was suprised to see how one of my articles was featured on joeuser.com within a minute or 2 from posting it. Heck, it was there just as I refreshed the page after posting. It's kinda cool in my opinion to have it featured, but I have noticed how being featured is no longer a big thing around here. I remember when people would make comments saying things like "congrats on the feature" and posting smileys like as well. But you don't see this happen anymore, not sure why.

I also noticed people don't mention karma points much either. I miss the good old days in JU when all these things mattered to most people. Perhaps by mentioning it karma and featured may become important again. JU is still a great place to blog but it wouldn't hurt to have some of the old debate/fight arguments we had before. Remembering the good old days, you never know when they might come back in style

It is probably due to the lower participation level on JU than in the past.  Brad referred to that a while back.  it use to be that JU dominated the forums, but as you can see now, the forums are dominated from the gaming side.

Oh, and BTW: Congrats on the feature!

Ahh the good old days ... I think that's why I disappeared for so long.
