Does JU allow scripts when posting?

I seem to have lots of issues posting stuff, such as videos, polls and even buttons that are based on scripts. Is JU blocked from using scripts? I can’t seem to figure out how to use it if it’s not. Thank you.

Many scripts won't work due to security reasons. However, embedding videos shouldn't be a problem as they are usually just HTML that needs to be embedded.
