OK, so I have finally decided to make the leap to my own blog on Blogger.com after spending so many years on Joeuser. While I like using Joeuser for blogging, I’ve been wanting something new, with more features and more personal. Blogger gives me the ability to make my blog site look the way I want it to look and is also more plug-in and widget friendly than many other sites.

I won’t be leaving Joeuser immediately as my new blog will not be as out there as my Joeuser blog is right now (even though it’s not exactly famous or anything). It will take some time to get people to notice my new blog, I hope to use many tools I have found to help get exposure. One website I found called BloggerPro has been very helpful at providing tips for those who aspire to be Pro Bloggers and I figured since I like blogging, been doing it for years and it can be another source of income, I’ve decided to become an aspiring Pro Blogger or a a Pro Blogger in the making.

My goal is to eventually get my own domain so I can transfer my Blogger blog and have a site of my own. Although at that point I may consider moving to Wordpress since it is a much better platform for self hosting blogs. For now Blogger.com is much better suited for my needs. I look forward to getting readers to my new blog and expanding my reach  with some of the new tools I have acquired thru some extensive research online.

Before I begin my journey towards my own blog, I wanted to give thanks to a few people here on Joeuser.com. I want to thank Brad Wardell, the owner of Stardock and Joeuser for not only providing some great skinning software for my computer but also for opening the doors to Joeuser.com to us average Joe’s and Jill’s and giving us a place to call our blog home. Joeuser and it’s members have been a great inspiration to get me more involved and educated with technology, religion,entertainment and even the politics of this country that I love, the good ol’ US of A. I also want to thank the Joeuser staff for always trying to keep Joeuser.com up and running and for working hard to add more features and a better look to the site. And last but not least, a special thanks to all JUers (JU members) who have commented on my articles (regardless of opinions) and have shared some great debates and entertaining arguments with me. I hope some if not all will consider visiting my new blog http://chatterboxchuck.blogspot.com/ and becoming followers and readers. Although I admit I have not always been successful at making some really great articles, I promise to do my best to provide the best content I can at my new blog. And if you don’t like it, feel free to say so by commenting on them at my new blog anyways.
