The World Thru My Eyes - I speak my mind and man does it like to talk.

Why are the JU Liberals so quite all of a sudden? How come they are not posting their opinions on recent events where Democrats are making fools of themselves? Why are they not making excuses, defending and at the least denying all these Demo-gate issues we are seeing on a daily basis?

Do you agree or not Obama deserves the B+ he gave himself? Do you agree or not with his non-surge surge for Afghanistan and the timeline he gave for it? Do you think all this Global Warming, Climate Change data fudging is a lie or the truth? Is the current healthcare bill that keeps shrinking and shrinking and changing from what the Democrats really wanted what you really want? Do Obama's abismal approval ratings bother you? Iran building more nuclear plants and testing new long-range missile while dismissing Obama and his "Diplomacy" and the U.N., does this not make you question our current policies?

Or is it that reality has finally sunk in, that everything you expected from Obama was nothing but lies, that this Administration has done more harm than good while blaming the previous Administration for their failure to get anything done, that Obama's B+ is more like a D-, that it was a mistake to vote for him?

Did I want Obama to fail? Yes, his policies would turn this country into everything our Forefathers were against, what our Constitution is against, what our culture is against. Do I want this country to fail? No, but I was not the one who voted for Obama and sometimes mistakes must be made and prices must be paid in order for the good to be learned. This is a 4 year lesson on how not to run this country and ignore and lie to it's people.

11 months, that's gotta be a record for failure.

Ignoring your idiotic assumptions of me based on what you've been indoctrinated with...my point:

It's idiotic statements like this that form my assumption about you.

The first one or the 100th one?

I put an "s" on "statements" Doc, I wanted to cover them all.

Well Nitro, flat out - your bias rules you. You live in some fantasy world where librals are out to get America. What you don't see is that we are just as much americans as you are. Liberals also love the country, liberals also want to see her work, liberals are just as patriotic as you are.

But you just won't ever get that - as shown by your comments.

I see what you mean.  I wonder if he takes tinactin for this tongue problem.

wonder how much oil the US military is "garrisoning" in Germany, Korea, Italy, and of course Afghanistan.

You left out Japan the UK, and Panama. Those oil wels in Japan are brining in a lot of oil almose as much as the ones in Germany!

And if we were doing this for oil how come the prices keep going up?

Please refer to post 76.

I've worked with liberals in both the military and in defense industries, I would hardly call them un-American. Maybe it's just you...if you can't interpret the dialog, maybe you shouldn't try to sit at the big boys table. Now don't you have some quasi-socialist book to read or function to attend?

Prehaps it's all going into Bush's SUV's fuel tanl.

This is actually a good teaching moment.  If liberals could be taught.  The answer is simple if you use your brain instead of talking points.

You may claim that you don't think so, but your actions (your words) speak differently. Now maybe, just maybe, it's true - but what else do I have to go on but the words you speak, which have been antagonistic and rude, to put it midly.

I find it funny you're talking about correctly interpreting what someone says, when you've rarely done that with what I've said. Go figure.

Oh sure, I've got a ton of them. In fact, I think I might just go to the Business fraternity meeting I have tonight. Soooo socialist, I know.

I've dealt with maybe thousands of snot nosed kids, that didn't have a father tell them right from wrong. You're not much different despite what you think. I can tell dozens of stories about people that would be a mirror image of what you show on this site. Some eventually grew up, some didn't, those were the ones that failed. Maybe they found someone to coddle them, maybe not. I was just glad that their co-workers didn't have to pull these folks slack as well as their own anymore. You want everyone to walk a mile in your shoes, well I don't look good in pumps, sorry. I can give a damn whether you listen to what I say or not, no skin off my ass. Quite frankly, I'm tried of your "type", you know better and nobody can tell you any different, unless they are telling you what you want to hear. Get some life experience than come back and have a conversation. If you don't want to hear what I have to say, don't respond to my comments, it really that simple. Yet somehow I doubt many things are simple in your life.

So what if I didn't have a father? He's the one that bailed, and I got a better deal anyways. I got my mother, who taught me right and wrong.

Just because I don't fit your mold doesn't mean that I'm sort of dysfunctional person. Maybe you

Where did I say I want you to walk in my shoes?

What are you saying Nitro? All I get from you is that I'm a child and that you're right 99% of the time. Geebus, god forbid I'm allowed to disagree, right?

[quote]Quite frankly, I'm tried of your "type", you know better and nobody can tell you any different, unless they are telling you what you want to hear. Get some life experience than come back and have a conversation.

Sorry to tell you this Nitro, but you're not always right and yes, neither am I. I've conceded that I could be wrong, many times; hell, I've asked time and again for you to proove me wrong. But all you do is stuff me into a convenient box.

I'll ask again...what am I saying, doring, etc.  that makes you think this way of me. I'm always interested in bettering myself, and apparently, in your eyes, I need some work.

If you don't want to hear what I have to say, don't respond to my comments, it really that simple. Yet somehow I doubt many things are simple in your life.

Actually, they are. Simple and sweet brutha'. Though I'm still single now and nothing is happening on that front - life is awesome man.  I've got a great family, amazing friends (even those who vehemently disagree with me), a great college experience (so far), and many other things. Life is very good.

I do want to concede, and apologize for something that just came to mind - my temper. I  just have no tolerence for people who tend to be asses, stir shit, etc. Quite frankly Nitro, that is all you've shown yourself to be (to me at least). I don't know why that's the case, but that's just the way it is.

Again, I apologize. I'm human, and I'm still working on my flaws. Mea culpa?

I said "that didn't have a father tell them", I didn't say "fatherless". I really don't care to know your history, it may be relevant to forming  your behavior, but we just have the final product to deal with, don't we.

You want everyone to walk a mile in your shoes, well I don't look good in pumps, sorry.

Not me personally, but I used "everyone" subjectively. There are other examples if you care to look, but if you can't even remember what you write the same day, why bother.

Sorry to tell you this Nitro, but you're not always right

Kindly show me where I have said I was always right.

I do want to concede, and apologize for something that just came to mind - my temper. I just have no tolerence for people who tend to be asses, stir shit, etc. Quite frankly Nitro, that is all you've shown yourself to be (to me at least).

No need to apologize. Anyone can say "F- you...I'm sorry". Do what I do, if you don't mean it don't say it. Then there is nothing to be sorry about. Sorry doesn't impress me much. Thought prior to action does.

Since you're the only person to openly complain about my interaction with them, I'd have to say it's all in your head. It an easy fix that I mentioned in post 87 for you, unless deep down you crave someone to tell you straight the way it is. Either way no problem.
