“You can think what ever you want to about Fidel Castro, but he was one of the brightest leaders I have ever met” “the Cuban revolution that kicked out the wealthy, Che Guavera did that, and then after they took over they went out among the population to find someone who can lead this new nation, and they found… well just leave it there. An attorney by the name of Fidel Castro.” These were the words of Diane Watson, Democrat Congresswoman for California. And ...

As much as I dislike this who concept of Healthcare Reform the Democrats are offering, I don't understand why they are debating this at all.     Link As per the image above, they have majority in Congress and a Filibuster Proof Senate, not to mention a Democratic President who is bent of passing this faster than anyone can read it. So why do they seem to be struggling to get this passed? How come a "hand full" of disruptive protestors who oppose the current...

It would seem that when it comes to overhauling the healthcare system, Obama is not sailing that river alone. The CMA (that's the Canadian Medical Association) has decided that Canada's healthcare system (the one some Canadians claim to be a great system, better than the US's) also needs an overhaul. What? Wait, are they saying that Canada's Universal Healthcare System is not working properly? Apparently so according to Dr Anne Doig: "We all agree that the system is imploding, we all agre...

This is not about Democrats or Republicans. This is not about Liberals vs Conservatives. This is not about the Left and the Right. This is about the American people; this is about the system working the way it should. " government of the people, by the people, for the people " If I didn't know any better I would say Abraham Lincoln and I have something in common. We both believe the Gov't is there for the people's best interest based on what the people want, not what they think is best ...

Well, I stumbled upon something very interesting on DU.com and was wondering what you all here thought about this article. Link Does this sound like what Obama is proposing as a Heath Care System for the US? Personally I think it sounds pretty good, but at the same time sounds too good to be true. Apart from admitting they pay a lot in taxes and some location do pay Premiums (which already starts to defeat thier point) if somewhat small ones, I can't see how, if it is this good, why Obam...

Try as I might, I just can't bring myself to see why so many still believe Obama will save the world, or at least the US. What is it about a man who few knew anything about, who had done very little, who has hardly any experience and who the only thing he has going for him is the incredible ability to keep up with a TelePrompTer that has so many people almost worshiping him? Well, all I can say is that if you still think Obama is the answer to all of our problems, you need to get your head ex...

Why do Democrats, knowing there are cameras and mics present, say one thing today and then later claim “that is not what I meant”? Obama, Biden, Clinton, Sotomayor, Pelosi,Reid, Gibbs; they all have said things they later have to explain or have someone else come out saying “That’s not what he/she meant”. Do Democrats have poor talking skills? Do they lack education when it comes to word definitions and calculations? Someone explain to me why all of a sudden some of the most people in this Admin...

Math is never wrong, 2+2=4 no matter how you add it up and multiplying 2 negative numbers always gives a positive number. But do math rule apply to politics? It seems that Senate Supporters of Obama's Stimulus bill believe that even though the economy continues to decline and that unemployment has gone beyond Obama's 8% max prediction, they insist the Stimulus Package is still working. This dispite the above 2 negatives and the fact that a GAO Report shows that States are misusing the money b...

I don't know about you, but the wool has yet to be pulled over my eyes. Sorry I can't say the same about most people who voted for Obama, especially those who worship him, who just dislike Republicans and those who know no better. Democrats like to constantly bring Bush up in their arguments when defending Obama's actions. As I said before, nothing funnier than Obama lovers excusing Obama for doing the same thing Bush did before after claiming Obama is about change. What was that slogan again...

I think former President George W. Bush deserves an apology by many people who spent so much time accusing him of spending too much money and wasting too much money. I mean, not only were many accusing him of wasting money with the first Stimulus Package but they chose to support Obama when he offered a second Stimulus Package and now there are talks of yet another one? Have we gone mad? Has this Adminsitration not spent (wasted) enough money already and are planning on spending more if the Heal...

As crazy as this may sound, to me it seems that while Vice President Joe Biden was probably the biggest mistake President Obama has done so far, I find myself wondering if the reason for that may be because Biden may just be the kind of politician many of us have been looking for. Now hold on a moment, as I said I know this sound crazy but hear me out. Time and again Biden has found himself unable to control his witty mouth as he continues to make the Obama Administration look like its either...

What do President Barack Obama and Ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya have in common? They both have a complete disregard for their contries Constitution as they attempt to change the rules so that they can dictate what is best for the citizens of their countries by giving themselves more power. What does this say about Obama? Well, considering he defends Zelaya against the Honduran peoples will, there is only one saying that can best describe Obama's mind boggling choices of defending o...

Well, if this doesn't prove Sotomayor's obvious racist mentality is a problem we should not be ignoring, then we may as well turn this country into a dictatorship and get it over with. Anyone remember that little story about the Connecticut firefighters, 19 White and 1 Hispanic, who were denied promotions because not enough minority people passed the test? Remember who was one of the Appeals Court Judges who ruled against these firefighters denying them their promotions just because most were Wh...

" death to America," "death to Israel" and "death to the U.K." Those were the words being chanted by the Iranian people who assembled at a speech from Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as he said that there was no cheating, no rigging of the election in Iran and that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's win was an "absolute victory". Do you still think we should not meddle in Iran as Obama believes we shouldn't? It doesn't really matter anymore, according to Khamenei it is the foreign medi...

You know, it's funny how so many people fell for the whole concept that Obama would not raise taxes on, what was it, 95% of Americans? That would be true I guess, if 95% of Americans did not have work cell phones. Now, obviously, 95% or Americans don't have work cell phones, but I bet there are more than 5%. Be careful, dinner at home or you funny business with the mistress may cost you extra since it seems the IRS is interested in making money off your msg to you spouse that you might be run...
